Create your space
The first time it asks What’s your company called? Enter the name and tap Create my space. A space is a company: its channels, agents, cases and team. The space starts with an agent, Assistant, already published.

Add an AI key
In Models, paste your Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter API key and tap Test and save. Without a key, the agent doesn’t answer: it passes every conversation to the team. See Models.

Connect WhatsApp or Instagram
In Channels, tap Connect WhatsApp and pair the phone with a QR or a code, like any linked device. For Instagram, see Instagram.

Tell the agent about your company
In Agents, open Assistant. In Instructions tell it what it handles and when to hand off; in Knowledge, your hours, shipping, prices and policies. Tap Publish. See Agents.

Try it
Write to the number from another phone. The conversation shows up in Inbox → Agents and the agent answers within seconds. Tap See what the agent did under its reply to see its steps.
