minai desk is minai’s customer service console. Your customers write to you on WhatsApp or Instagram, and an AI agent answers them: it answers questions, opens cases for whatever needs follow-up and, when a person is needed, passes the conversation to your team. It all happens in a single inbox: what agents are handling, what’s waiting for the team and what someone already took.

How it’s set up, in four steps

1

Create your space

You sign in with your email and give it your company’s name. Your space starts with a first agent, Assistant, ready to answer.
2

Add an AI key

Agents think with your own Claude, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter account. You paste the key in Models.
3

Connect a channel

A WhatsApp number or a professional Instagram account. From then on, every new message goes to the channel’s agent.
4

Tune the agent

Tell it what it handles, your company’s policies and when to hand off to a person, and publish it.

What agents do

Answer

They answer with what you told them in their instructions and knowledge. They don’t make up what isn’t there.

Open cases

Orders, complaints, exchanges: whatever needs follow-up is logged with a status and a priority.

Hand off to the team

When the customer asks for a person, or the agent can’t resolve it, the conversation goes to the queue.

Use your systems

With connectors they look up stock, orders or customers in your API or an MCP server. Whatever changes something is confirmed by the customer or approved by the team.
