# Notifications

> Notices for your space, visible to owners and administrators.

The **Notifications** bell shows your space's notices and your unread count. Only **owners and administrators** can see it.

Open it to view the history. You can **Mark as read** one notice, **Mark all as read**, or **View channel** to check its connection. Read state is personal: reading a notice does not mark it as read for someone else.

## When a channel disconnects

When a connected channel disconnects, a notice appears. WhatsApp is checked in the background about once a minute, even when nobody has Channels open. Instagram and Mercado Libre notify you when their existing checks detect that access was rejected.

Repeated checks do not create duplicate notices. Once the channel reconnects, the notice becomes **Resolved** and stays in the history. A later drop creates a new notice.

Disconnecting or removing a channel yourself does not generate a drop alert. Failure to reach the provider is not treated as proof that the channel disconnected.
